Our approach is focused on two main goals:

  1. Make it as easy as possible for individuals to access help and schedule an appointment

  2. Make it as attractive and convenient as possible for qualified professionals to help remotely

It starts with a simple intake form that is completed upon downloading the Beacon app. This allows us to effectively pair clients and specialists based on the client's needs and the specialist's talents. From there, clients have the option to communicate with their specialist through whichever medium they are the most comfortable.

Beacon offers text communication/messaging, phone calls, and video calls. These interactions are encrypted and saved, and then made available to the clinical professional if the client wishes to pursue additional appointments or services.

Beacon's user experience is designed head-to-toe to cater to both clients and professionals, with input from users on both sides of the experience.
